He has a plastic string for hanging as an ornament and base so he can also be used as a standing tabletop decoration. Made in Hong Kong. Poinsettia plastic doily measures approx. 8" in diameter. Note: Some wear from age ~ a couple of small age spots and a black smudge on back of snowman's head, which may have happened in manufacturing as these items were inexpensive dime store items at the time.
