This KS knife sharpener attachment was manufactured by Hobart for KitchenAid and is built to last a life time. It is no longer being manufactured and is rare to find one in such great condition. It works on most any KitchenAid stand mixer and Hobart mixers with the #10 attachment hub. This style is of the newer, third generation of knife sharpener attachments. It no longer has the scissor cone on the front and is the newest of this attachment. It was manufactured in the mid 1960s through late 1970s. The KS knife sharpener attachment comes with a copy of the original use and care instructions by KitchenAid. Ask questions prior to purchase as there are no returns. As of this listing going live, this knife sharpener was the only one of its kind on eBay.
