It looks like one of the apples is missing. There may be other decorations that are missing. This is a vintage item that has been used, and will show signs of use. Box comes with it, and the box has cosmetic wear. There are some holes in the cellophane front of the box, and I taped over them, so they wouldn't get any bigger. Video shows how the lights change.
