It is actually a “Happy New Year,” card, however, with hit’s grim and austere implications, it gets my stamp of approval as a Halloween collectable. This particular postcard is in very good condition, with only a few corner bumps; tiny. It has not been postmarked and is sporting a one cent George Washing stamp.
