He’s holding a cardboard candle in right hand and a mica covered plastic bell on left ~ has cardboard legs/boots ~ base is mica covered cardboard. Measures approximately 5-1/4” in height. Bottom is marked “10 cents Japan”, has a small hole near center. Some wear visible on reverse pant legs and boots, mica at bottom of right boot has a stretch crack.
