This item is a Vintage “Valu-Pak” 100 count plastic coin wrappers for DIMES. The package is opened (used) and we counted 93 (new) coin wrappers remaining. Please be advised, we could be off by a few either way on the count. This is a very interesting item made in Canada. We tried one out and it did seem to work. The two sides folded over and “locked” into place. We assume these were to then be placed into some sort of tray for counting and roll storage (not included).
