Description: Vintage Watercolor Painting Tasco Mexico Jan 2 1952. The painting is a 12x8 frame that measures 15x13. It is signed. I believe it to be Coters put not sure there is a picture of the Signutare and Taxco on opposite side. Did remove from frame, and the paper is in good condition. The frame I am not sure if it's the original. It does have some issues that are pictured. I think it gives it character. PLEASE LOOK AT ALL THE PICTURES AS THEY ARE PART OF THE DESCRIPTION
