Signed Ransons, with a label on the back of the print marked Ransons, Alberta. The picture its self has minor scuff mark along the bottom left of the image that is hardly noticeable. Small scratch along right side of photo hardly noticeable to the eye. The photo is matted and the matting has obvious watermarks. Frame does not include glass. Frame itself is well intact and intricately hand carved.
