Fully lined with vertical chest pocket. German size 178/100 refers to person's measurements with 178cm height or 70", and 100cm or 39", waist. This would probably equate to a men's US L or XL, but please use measurements for your preferred fit. Measures 18.75" across shoulders, 24.5" across chest at underarms, 24" across waist, 48.5" long from center back neck base to hem, and 26" from shoulder to cuff, with a 11.25" button center back vent. In great vintage condition. Shows a tear in lining at center back vent. It does not show from the outside. See last photo.
