Description: This is an original VINTAGE 1946 magazine print ad for Texaco Dealers promoting...Fire-Chief Gasoline...Sky Chief Gasoline...Havoline and Texaco Motor Oils...and MARFAK Lubrication. It is approximately 7"x10" overall, has no tears and comes from a dry, smoke-free environment. This item is NOT a photocopy, reprint or reproduction and because of that, and its age, it may have some discoloration. It was removed from an issue of National Geographic magazine. As an added bonus, the back features ads for PCA CAPITAL Airlines, VORNADO Fans and an order form for the 1946 edition of LEAHY'S Hotel Guide and Travel Atlas! Because it has NOT been trimmed staple holes are still visible from where it was removed from the magazine. This piece is in very good to excellent condition to be almost 80 years old and would make a GREAT piece for mounting and/or framing and would look wonderful in any collection.
