Description: exact item shown, this unit is missing the front glue on cover sticker that says what it's part number might be, so I spent some time with an analyzer or two to decide what it might be. the first two photos show the unit, I drew the usual info on the face side after testing it a bit. The next photo shows the unit connected for testing, then the unit connected to a dual port analyer so I could get a quick estimate of the coupling attenuation of the coupled port - looks like its a 15 dB coupler, but from that photo we don't really know the frequency range, so on to a 20 GHz analyzer to see what it looks like. So the next photo shows the calibration of the 20 GHz analyzer - to make this work I had a bunch of adapters to go from S to N connectors - pretty flat with a couple of spikes probably from moving the cables or something. Next is a photo showing hte next test setup - looking at the through response. Unfortunately I forgot to take a photo of the results, so ..... as usual the through response looked pretty good to about 15 GHz, with a bunch of ripple that I attribute to the adapters. Then, a photo of the setup to look at the coupled port. and then, I did remember to take the picture of the coupled port.... looks like it's working pretty well from around 5 GHz to 12 GHz, the ripple I'm sure is due to the adapters, it just doesn't look "real". so sort of make the average in your head and that is what the real response will be (approximately). since the calibrated analyzer was at the 0 dB point as you can see, this coupled port is about -15, and that's resonable. selling this a little cheaper becuse there is no front side lable. The serial number is stamped in the unit though, so that's still there, and the condition looks good.
