Description: From a local estate sale this vintage serving bowl/pot with lid is from Woodbury Pewterers. Made in the United States from high-quality pewter, this serving bowl/pot is perfect for display or use. My research shows that this item was made around the 1950s. It's a vintage piece that reflects the craftsmanship of that era.Condition: This was a well-loved and used item and shows light scratches and marks consistent with age and use. The base appears to be slightly askew as if it had been dropped in the past. The lid does not fit tightly. There is a tiny ding on one side - see second to last pix approx. 1/8" - the last pix shows a tiny dent which is almost 1/2" long, but not very noticeable.Measurements: Pot is almost 8 inches in diameter; and is almost 3 inches deep. NOTE: In some of the pix it looks like the lid has two large dents - it does not. This is just a shadow from the sun..
