Description: Yashica Electro 35 GT Rangefinder 35mm Film Camera. The lens glass and view finder are both clear and free of scratches. It has a 45mm 1.7 Yashinon-DX lens. The shutter works but I have not tested this camera with a battery recently. It used to work and has been stored without a battery. It uses an Excell A165 battery which controls the shutter speed with the cameras auto exposure mechanism. Without a battery, I believe the shutter is firing at 1/60th sec. The aperture works correctly with smooth motion. The door may need a new seal around it. Since I haven't used it in many years I can't remember if it does or not but it the door seal looks and feels a little worn to me. The body has some light wear from standard use.
