It needs to be cleaned and serviced before use. Mainsprings might be ok. Bushings might be ok. It comes with a dial and hands. It is stamped Zenith, 511-11, 1/2. The plate measures about 4-3/16" by 3-1/2". The dial has some scratches and may need to be cleaned. The dial measures about 7-1/8" in diameter. The center to center distance between winding arbors is about 1-15/16" and from winding arbor to center arbor is about 1-3/8". Sold as is. Please see pictures.
